This is a double layered makeup remover [oil & water] that removes long lasting makeup especially waterproof mascara. Its low stimulating and alcohol-free that cleanses sensitive areas like eyes and lips and leaves no stickiness or oily feelings behind. It is very gentle on the skin and doesn't irritate it and it doesn't burn my eyes.
